Litigation and Arbitration
We undertake legal representation in all courts in Nigeria. We also represent clients in arbitration, mediation, conciliation and negotiation. We have been Involved in civil suits and high profile criminal cases as both defense and prosecution counsel.
Energy
As part of our practice areas, we have:
- Drafted and negotiated a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) between a client and an aviation Authority for the provision of independent power
- Drafted and negotiated a “Heads of Terms” as a prelude to a Joint Venture Agreement between a client and a large South African company for the execution of a Niger Delta EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Power Project.
- Been involved in the negotiation and drafting of a PPA for the provision of long term independent power to a world class Business Resort located in the South-South region of Nigeria.
Public Private Partnerships/ Joint Ventures
We advise, prepare and deal with all legal and ancillary issues in Public Private Partnerships and Joint Ventures. We have been involved in drafting a concession agreement under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) scheme between the FCT Administration and another, for the provision of certain services in the city.

Especially with regard to Free Trade Zones, we are primed to provide expert advice and legal services for clients involved in international trade. We have experience providing legal services to Free Zone Companies as well as Foreign companies doing business in Nigeria and elsewhere.
Corporate Commercial Practice
We provide Company Secretarial services to companies, draft commercial agreements and instruments and deal with all issues regarding compliance with legal processes for doing business in Nigeria.
